Quality Management

    1. Regularly inspect the sampling and testing of all materials, manufacturing processes, equipment, and measuring tools. In order to supervise the quality of work and ensure compliance with specifications and sample requirements;


    Our company will be responsible for developing and maintaining all quality management measures required by the contract. Including organizing equipment and implementing countermeasures, and submitting copies of management measures to engineers for approval;


    When the work done does not meet specific standards, our company's dedicated quality management personnel will prevent the ongoing work. Our company's quality management personnel will maintain close collaboration with engineers from start to finish;


    4. Our company will establish an effective extensive recording facility and data room, and all standards, regulations, drawings, publications, and manuals will be indexed and classified for management;


    5. Our company will provide all samples for inspection, as well as the necessary warehouses, packaging materials, and transportation tools for quality supervision. Our company will provide all kinds of consumables, inspection equipment, and laboratory devices used during the testing process;


    Our company will be responsible for ensuring the normal conduct of all inspections and tests related to quality management;


    7. Our company's quality records, inspection certificates, reports, quality accident handling records, and daily on-site inspection and testing records will be kept in a form approved by the engineer. And call up for inspection at any time;


    8. Our company will provide a form of approved report in triplicate every week or as long as the engineer allows, which will include all quality management inspections and testing data conducted on site or elsewhere. Each report will describe the possible implementation of quality management work during the next reporting period;


    Our company will keep a detailed list of ordered or received goods and materials. The form of this list of goods and materials is recognized as meeting quality management requirements. It involves ordering, transportation, discovering defective products, losses, or excess orders during the construction period, and engineers will frequently review these records. The cumulative inventory record will be submitted to the supervising engineer once a month.
