    1、 Requirement docking and scheme design phase

            Technical feasibility assessment

            The engineering team analyzes requirements, evaluates production processes, costs, and cycles, and provides a feasibility report.

            Propose optimization suggestions and alternative solutions for special needs such as irregular structures and composite functions.

            

            Customized scheme design and confirmation

            3D modeling output equipment appearance and structural diagram, labeled with core parameters (power, capacity, size).

            Provide material samples, functional demonstration videos, and support customers to compare and select multiple solutions.

            Sign the Technical Agreement to clarify the design details and acceptance criteria.


    2、 Manufacturing and Quality Control


            Flexible production scheduling

            Allocate dedicated production lines based on the urgency of orders, supporting small-scale trial production and large-scale customization.

            Real time synchronization of production progress, supporting remote supervision or on-site factory inspection by customers.

            

            Precision machining and process control

            Using laser cutting, CNC bending and other processes to ensure component accuracy (error ≤ 0.5mm).

            The key processes (welding, circuit assembly) are operated by technicians with over 10 years of experience.

            

            Whole process quality inspection

            Incoming inspection: Verify the thickness of stainless steel plates (such as 304/316L) and electrical component certification (CE/UL).

            Process testing: pressure testing (steam equipment), sealing testing (refrigeration unit).

            Finished product testing: 72 hour load operation test, and issuance of the "Factory Inspection Report".
